I need my garden block walls painted with water proofing paint. And I also need a small basement wall (1 wall only) painted with the same water proofing material. The painter needs to have experience & keep the area clean upon completion. The garden walls can be spray painted if required but the basement walls may need to be done by brush. Colours are important & can be discussed when we meet onsite. The job is urgent.

There is currently a heat lamp with a exhaust fan with a vent however doesn’t seem enough as my ceiling sometime get mould which I usually wipe clean. The bathroom needs another exhaust fan in the shower topped with a whirlybird. I will supply the exhaust fan and the whirlybird. It’s a tin flat roof, I can provide the ladder as well to get to the roof I would need electrician certificate for the exhaust fan work.

There is currently a vent in the bathroom roof however doesn’t seem enough. the existing heat light and the exhaust could be removed and the roof vent needs to be widened enough so proper exhaust could happen. I can supply the whirlybird to be installed. Any other ideas are welcome as well We have also installed a clothes dryer in the bathroom hence the need for a strong ventilation.
