My gutters aren’t draining properly, leading to waterfalls of water every time it rains. The stormwater drains appear to be blocked and I’m not sure the gutters have a proper gradient. Also, depending on price, I’d like to prepare for rainwater tanks, or at least have the ability to reroute the water to future garden beds. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. The rooftop opening (steel roof) doesn’t need replacing nor doesn’t need enlarging but the lid needs repairing or replacing, as the lid at present is left open and the rain comes into the building.
