Hi there, just looking to get a gutter fixed. With a heavy downpour it is pooling at base of house wall. Flexible in terms of timing really as not urgent but we will be home tomorrow. It is upper storey and will need a long ladder which we don't have. Also don't want to put anyone at danger so have attached photos to see if feasibe without scaffolding (sorry not great photos - the gutter is L upper hand side of house as you are looking at it). have had a quote for replacement of full gutter which I'm sure it needs at some point but haven't got the money for this at the moment so just some sort of temporary fix would do for now to protect the wall of the house. I need my wrought iron garden gate secured. I have two mini daschunds who can climb through it under the gaps in the metal work. I’ve tried to diy myself but it’s not weatherproof solution or doesn’t withstand them climbing on it. I have a rental so can’t change the entire gate and am looking for a tough mesh solution that looks ok.

We have had a slow leak from the corner of our roof that is going through into the garage ceiling. It looks to be coming from the corner that I've taken photos of. I can see what looks like a cracked tile, and some cracking on the pointing. I would like someone to come out to repair the roof to stop the leak. I am happy to try a touch up repair to begin with, as the leak seems to be very slow, but am open to any suggestions. Please let me know what repair options I have, and what the price would be. I will just put $10 as a generic price as I'm unsure what something like this would cost. Cheers.

Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.
