Hi there, just looking to get a gutter fixed. With a heavy downpour it is pooling at base of house wall. Flexible in terms of timing really as not urgent but we will be home tomorrow. It is upper storey and will need a long ladder which we don't have. We have had a slow leak from the corner of our roof that is going through into the garage ceiling. It looks to be coming from the corner that I've taken photos of. I can see what looks like a cracked tile, and some cracking on the pointing. I would like someone to come out to repair the roof to stop the leak. I am happy to try a touch up repair to begin with, as the leak seems to be very slow, but am open to any suggestions. Please let me know what repair options I have, and what the price would be.
