See photo. We noticed a small hole in ceiling. Can see the sky through it. So most likely need to replace the tiles to stop water leaking through first. Then if you can patch the ceiling as well. Main concern is the water leakage. Added budget as placeholder as not sure how much it typically cost. You can quote what is fair.

We have recently added a roof for our outside dinning area and it goes over the existing gutter. We have tried a few things and already spent most money but we are still having issues. The leaks come from the weep holes but I think the gutter leans to far back and doesn’t have enough run to the down pipe.

Please see attached picture. Damage occurred during skip bin pickup. Looking to get it remediated - ideally without having to cut out an entire section. Cheers
