I have a rectangular colourbond downpipe that connects into a round rainwater diverter. About 30cm in length of the downpipe is rusted and needs to be replaced. I have a spare 1m length of the same downpipe and a tube of sealant but do not have the tools to cut out the damaged piece and fit the replacement piece in place. Need a plumber or tradesman who can do this very quick and small job for less than $100 as soon as possible. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 February 2023

I have a small single storey house in Hamilton which is suffering due to a council tree that the council refuse to remove. This tree constantly drops leaves and small black substances that fill the front and side gutters of my home. The leaves are also building up under the solar panels which is a fire risk yet despite repeated requests to BCC to remove the tree for the last 23 years they just ignore my concerns. The property is currently tenanted and the gutters are full. I need someone as soon as possible to clean the gutters and under the solar panels.

Repair damaged Soffit on second storey of an old Queenslander. See picture of damaged sections, there is two small sections where the soffit is damaged just under the gutter 1) off the corner of the back deck and 2) down the side of the house. The soffit is damaged just under the gutter. Looking to please repair and paint to match.
