Hi, I need a qualified handyman / roofer to repair a damaged metal gutter and fascia on my house. The gutter has visible dents and deformation (photos attached), and I want it restored to proper shape and functionality.

I am building a granny flat in Gungahlin and I require a tiler and waterproofing for two bathrooms. I will provide the tilers only. You must have a license and willing to provide a waterproofing certificate.

There are two positions leaking water on the ceiling, the two leaking positions are close to the antenna on the roof. And my house uses the central air conditioning, or it is leaking from the pipes of central air conditioning? Need someone who can check and fix it. Thanks!
