The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. Just need gutters cleaned out on our single-story 3BR (average size) home in Frankston South. The roof is ordinary terra cotta tiles. No covers on the gutters and in some parts there is a lot of dirt (it’s been several years since last clean). For most of the house, the gutters are easily reachable from just a few steps up a ladder from the ground or back deck. Plaster and stop up/ fix what needs to roof of storerooms the lights are just stick in batteries so can be removed . If any electricians can hook up the light to that’s a bonus happy to pay extra-it’s all there just need the down light
