Need help putting a camera down a down pipe to see if there are leaks via the pipe into the garage wall below or if not assits to detect where the leaks come from

I'm looking for an experienced roofer or roof specialist to inspect the roof of our house in Frankston South. We have noticed a possible small leak and sometimes hear scratching/movement noises coming from the roof or ceiling space. We haven’t seen any possums or animals on the outside of the roof, so we are not sure what is causing it. We would like someone to: - Inspect the roof externally and, if possible, the roof/ceiling space - Check for leaks, damaged tiles, flashing, gaps or other roof issues - Check whether possums or other animals may be entering or living in the roof - Identify and seal possible entry points so they cannot come back - If there is evidence of animals inside, advise whether the roof space needs any cleaning, treatment or sanitising - Carry out any small sealing or minor fixes needed to stop further entry, if possible At this stage, the task is mainly for inspection, identifying the cause, and making the roof secure so animals cannot keep getting in. If any larger roof repairs are required, we are happy to pay for those separately after inspection and agreement on the cost. If there is a possum or another animal inside, we would also like advice on the correct and legal way to remove/exclude it before sealing the roof. Located in Frankston South.

Trees have become overgrown along the back fence and side fence. Needs to be trimmed down. Roof gutters are growing grass and collecting debris, needs to be cleaned out.

We have a couple of downpipes that are dripping water at the part where the downpipe curves from the guttering to the long straight part of the downpipe. May just need some good sealing? Or maybe replace the curved parts of the downpipes?

The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.

Just need gutters cleaned out on our single-story 3BR (average size) home in Frankston South. The roof is ordinary terra cotta tiles. No covers on the gutters and in some parts there is a lot of dirt (it’s been several years since last clean). For most of the house, the gutters are easily reachable from just a few steps up a ladder from the ground or back deck. Plaster and stop up/ fix what needs to roof of storerooms the lights are just stick in batteries so can be removed . If any electricians can hook up the light to that’s a bonus happy to pay extra-it’s all there just need the down light
