We need gutters cleaned on a two storey house. The top level is at earth level though so very easy to access the roof with a normal ladder. We require all gutters cleaned, including the carport and on top of the deck which again you can get to easily. Mt Martha.

I need two strips of polycarbonate roof sheeting removed and replaced with clear new sheets. I need the sheet supplied and installed and the old ones taken off. I have access very easily. It’s on our garage would like it done ASAP. The garage is 6 m long and the two strips are about 70 cm wide.

The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. Just need gutters cleaned out on our single-story 3BR (average size) home in Frankston South. The roof is ordinary terra cotta tiles. No covers on the gutters and in some parts there is a lot of dirt (it’s been several years since last clean). For most of the house, the gutters are easily reachable from just a few steps up a ladder from the ground or back deck. We had a skylight put in and an electrician has advised us that the ducting to our gas heater has come away at the back end of the house. Need someone to enter roof space and fix it thanks

Plaster and stop up/ fix what needs to roof of storerooms the lights are just stick in batteries so can be removed . If any electricians can hook up the light to that’s a bonus happy to pay extra-it’s all there just need the down light
