I have a two story house that require the roof blown and gutters cleaned. Has screwed gutter guards. Require the guards to be pulled up at places from gutters and either all debris and leaves flushed out or vacuumed.

Replace clear sheets (x4)

Install ABSCO 3 m x 3m shed, to be anchored to the concrete slab. Must include waterproofing of the shed.

Replace 2 metal downpipes and connect both to the tank with leaf screen + first-flush diverter. Run tank overflow to the new Everhard stormwater pit beside the slab. Install my Davey SJ35-04PC pump with inline Y-strainer and create a hose outlet for garden and path washing. SPECS Check slab is level enough for tank; pack/adjust if needed. Remove 2 old metal downpipes; fit new 90–100 mm PVC/Colorbond downpipes with brackets, sealed joints, then paint to colour I supply. Plumb both downpipes to tank inlet through first-flush diverter and leaf screen (mosquito proof). Connect tank overflow via 90–100 mm pipe to the stormwater pit. Fit ball valve on tank outlet, then my inline Y-strainer, then suction line to my Davey SJ35-04PC mounted beside the tank. From pump outlet, run pipe to a new hose tap near the slab. Test system, check for leaks, confirm pump auto start/stop works. I PROVIDE Slimline tank (on site). Existing concrete slab base. Davey SJ35-04PC pump. Inline Y-strainer filter. Paint/colour for downpipes. YOU PROVIDE New downpipes, first-flush diverter, leaf screen, overflow pipe, ball valve and all fittings. Pipework from tank to pump and pump to hose tap, hose tap, mounting hardware. All tools, sealants and fixings. Licensed plumber / roofer / drainer with insurance and rainwater tank experience.

Single story in front for easy access back 2 story but can access from front of house.
