We have two tall trees that are overgrown into our roof gutters. Just needing the trees trimmed back from the gutter, but also for the gutters to be cleared out in that area and the rest of the roof. Potentially also trim the same trees on the other side, as they’re quite far over into the neighbours yard. But would prefer to chat about this at the time to see what the pro thinks :)

Broken tiles unit courtyard due to failed waterproofing, water got underneath and the tiles are cracked. Tiles need to be removed and waterproofing done and new tiles laid. Job timing is very flexible, can be several weeks away if needed. Can provide dimensions and additional photos if required.
