One of the gutter joints on one side of our house (approx 5m above ground) needs to be resealed on the inside of the gutter with long lasting sealant. The joint can be either accessed from the ground (5m below) or from the roof. There is access to both.

Close 2 holes in roof gutter. Both in same area about 1 metre long. Separately one 30cm long and second 15cm long. Flashing tape can be provided. Other suggested options will be considered. Proper water holding function of the gutter is the outcome required for a reasonable cost.

We added a deck extension on our property in 2018 and the paint on the fascia on one side (the roof side) is peeling and needs sanding and re-painting. Its about 5-6 metres in length. Most of the fascia is accessed via the roof which is single storey on one side and double on the other. There is part (about 1 metre) that would need to be accessed via a ladder or from the balcony below.
