Guttering on 2 storey qlder is full of holes and needs to be replaced. Right (as you look at the house) side needs full replacement, the rear is overflowing in heavy rain, not sure what the cause is. And the front left (2m approx) also needs to be replaced.

We need the gutters cleaned on our raised Queenslander home. It has a pitched roof and one end of the house is quite high. Estimate approx 1-2hours to complete.

Supply and install all new materials and labour for a small clear corrugated roof structure. Size of area is 2.75m x 1.4m to outside edges of 4 metal arbours. The roof should ideally have a flashing around all 4 edges and allow fall of water for long term durability. Needs to be professionally installed , ideally by a trade qualified and fully insured person/s.

A vortex is on the roof and partially blocking a gutter. Not the edge further up roof line will need long ladder to access roof and then walk into roof to retrieve. You might see blue vortex in the photo.

Shower has a leak and some moisture in the wall. Requires repair and will require you to have a waterproofing certificate.

I’ve had a leak and the insurer has identified a few missing screws on the roof. Wording from report is ‘install fixings to screw holes in ridge capping’ I don’t have photos unfortunately. House is two-story, pitched roof. Height estimate about 8 metres for access. Not a big job as just a few to be replaced, but need someone able to operate at height with large ladder for access. I’ll need photos once complete.

hi negotiable. didn't state a day to do it. experienced duct to roof installer. i need a short 1.5m duct run up through the roof directly above the canopy straight through to the roof & instal the cover. What size inline fan do you recommend to effectively remove steam as fast as possible from the canopy & not make the exit through the roof too difficult. There's already a small hole in the ceiling & roof but only appx 150 diameter, I need 200 to 300 size to make it a strong vortex. - Due date: Flexible
