Gutter cleaning Clean all gutters around the house Remove leaves, dirt and debris Approximately 300m² roof area Dispose of all waste 2. Solar panel cleaning Clean approximately 15 solar panels Remove dirt, dust, bird droppings etc. Ensure panels are left clean and undamaged 3. Gutter repairs Inspect gutters during the clean There are approximately 10 areas that may require patching/repair Repair leaking/damaged sections where required Please identify any additional issues before carrying out significant extra work Quote requirements Please provide a quote for: Gutter cleaning Solar panel cleaning Gutter repairs (either included or priced separately) Any additional issues identified Access to the roof is straightforward with home being single level living on a flat block. We have two downpipes that need to be run from the rear corner of the house that need to be connected to the front down pipes that empty into a pathway and into the driveway. This requires no digging. It is not a major project. It is simply cutting the existing pipes at the rear of the house and running them to the front on a brick wall. It will require a few stand-off brackets to move around a few obstacles. This not hectic work, it is a straightforward project.

1 x concrete roof tile smashed during recent hail storm. Two storey house. I have the replacement tile. Access to the ceiling is via a central manhole. Access to the roof is via the upstairs deck or flat concrete slab on ground floor. Broken tile is close to eaves but over internal area.
