Clean gutter for single storey terrace house in Newtown. Front & back of house.

Small gutter cleaning job , front of house only . Single story terrace . The house is 4.4m wide . Ladder provided .

Metal roof needs replacing over back half of single story terrace. Would like new colorbond sheets classic ripple corrugated. Approx 32sq m. See pic. Including correct flashing and back tray for 2x chimneys and a skylight. I am looking for 3 quotes so am paying $100 per quote at this stage. Thank you.

I need to cat proof my deck. I need cat netting put up so she cannot jump onto the neighbours fence and get away. I have cat netting but I need someone to help install it (I don't know the first thing about tools and installing this kind of thing). Happy to purchase the necessary items from bunnings. I’m looking for someone to mount 2 x 50mm x 1860mm metal tubing along the sides of my trailer and mount to the exisiting frame and then weld 3 x crossbars to those tubes to allow for a roof top tent to be mounted. When mounting the sides rails must use silicon around the holes so it doesn’t leak, I’ll supply the metal

(Job 1 )- There is 2 wood panels from ceiling to floor encasing down pipe that goes down the cornice of the walls, that needs replacing due to ongoing water leaks down the pipes. Looking to replace the wooden frames before painting (Job 2 )- installing 3 door handles for bathroom (with privacy lock), laundry and internal garage (assume door handles supplied) to replace the grey panels/handles pictured (2 doors out of the 3 for bathroom and laundry) with new ones like the black one picture. 3 jobs. On 19 Dec OR LATER. 1. Front house - second floor. Replace 3.7m rusted gutter with new colourbond. Replace damaged wooden Fascia behind it with new main beam 2. Side house - ground floor. Replace 3m section of rusted gutter with new colourbond. 3. Rear house - ground floor. Replace small rusted S-bend in down pipe with new S-bend. Remove all rubbish at conclusion.

Replace a cracked Roof tile which is leaking. Our is a 2 Storey terrace. I have a replacement tile for the job.

Few holes on the roof which need sealing

We have a rental property. Three bedrooms upstairs and a shop downstairs on Enmore rd, Newtown. There is some noise that emanates from the shop into the upstairs room. Is there a way to explore soundproofing options? Something that can be put under the floorboards? or does everything have to happen from the shop downstairs? There is also a hallway downstairs that leads to the shop. We want to soundproof the hallway and the door so the sound does not travel into the back of the building. We want to ensure our retail tenants are as comfortable as possible. Budget is ofcourse adjustable to what the actual solution, materials, labor used etc

Looking for a roofer/handyman to replace 2 roof vents and seal two skylights on a 2-storey house. Easy roof access via ladder. Job needs to be done soon as flies are coming through the skylight. I will supply the 2 new vents to be installed Only small gaps in the skylight, light sealing job . No water leaking, only flies. Get on roof (requires ladder ~2.5-3m) and install flashing (Wakaflex) - I will provide Wakaflex around the base of the chimney in the photo (over old flashing). Located in Newtown.

Repair roof - looks like there is damage at the front of the house from a recent storm. Would like it repaired and sealed.

Our roof is right under a large tree, so it gets lots of leaves and small branches. We need someone to sweep the roof, clean the gutters and around the skylights, and neatly dispose of the leaves and branches (even if just by putting them in our green bin). The roof is not large – 2-bedroom, single-story worker’s cottage. Relatively easy access by ladder (byo).

Small pieces of indoor roof material has deteriorated and caused bits of the metal foundation to stick out, requires caulking and readjustment to be put back in place. Metal strips are approximately 50cm in length and 2.5cm in height.
