I want to install a basin inside toilet. It’s an old house. No ready water line and waste line. You will need to drill the adjacent wall to make the waste and water line. Water line and waste line is located just outside of the adjacent wall (double brick) as shown in picture 2. I’ve bought the basin and some materials. You will need to provide the remaining items. I will need the following done on my place. 1) Replace existing kitchen tap and connecting hose with new tap and hose connectors (i will supply new flick mixer - Dorf WELS 4 Star 7.5L/min Chrome Flickmixer Sink Mixer purchased from bunnings) 2) Repair leaking cistern in toilet. This is an old style caroma, refer to the picture. Washer doesnt close completely after flushing causing the leak. Please supply and repair accordingly, whether its a replacement of a float valve.

Intermittent hot water to showers. Unable to get hot water at all at times. Sinks are able to get hot water. Hot water system seems to only have residual heat.
