I’m looking for someone who can safely disconnect and remove the second line (hot-water pipe) attached to the bottom of a Corona FC-2500DX fan-convector heater. The unit is already unplugged, but the hydronic line is still connected and needs to be properly isolated and capped. There is access available under the house, but it’s crawl-space access, so the job will require someone comfortable working in tight areas. What’s required: • Identify and isolate the correct hydronic line • Disconnect the pipe from the unit • Cap/terminate the line safely • Ensure no leaks • Clean and tidy finish If you’re experienced with hydronic or hot-water heating systems and can handle the disconnection without causing leaks, please let me know your availability and cost.

Hi I need someone to help moving compressor unit of water heat pump as I need to use that space for something else.

Our dishwasher is working, but it keeps showing a message that the spray arm is blocked. Our washing machine is also working, but it sometimes leaks from the front and underneath — the amount of water varies each time.

My bathroom sink tap is damaged and also dripping water (please see photo). The tap handles and spout are old, and water keeps leaking even when fully turned off. I would like someone to: • Check and repair the tap if possible (replace washers, cartridges, or fix internal parts). • If the tap cannot be repaired, then replace it with a new one (I can purchase one if needed, or you can help supply). • Ensure the sink area is sealed properly to prevent future leaks.

Emptying the bath has water gushing out of the pictured drain. Not sure if this plumbing is correctly installed. Bath water when draining immediately backlogs in the ground flanged drain and spills out.
