The shower in the main bathroom is dripping from the shower head. Even when I tighten the taps to the last still dripping and getting worse. Likely just need to replace the washer/gasket. Could replace the shower head too. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 May 2023

Two things: 1. Hot water tap on the bathroom sink became very difficult to open over time 2. Toilet in a bathroom has two issues: a. Slowly leaks water into the bowl, so refills every 20 or so minutes b.
