We have a shower door off it’s track and a shower head that is loose, stiff and barely works, we would like it replaced with a higher pressure shower head, will pay for time, parts and labour

Looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to replace the bathroom basin taps and shower wall taps as soon as possible. All new parts are on site and supplied by me. Job is in Summer Hill 2130. BASIN Replace the existing 3-hole basin set (two cross-handle taps and centre spout) with a Mondella Resonance Collection Basin Set in chrome (pin lever handles, 1/4-turn spindles, lead-free). The existing taps are old. One handle is already off and the spindle is exposed. The chrome bell covers are very tight and difficult to remove because of age and corrosion. Expect extra time getting the old covers and spindles off without damaging the basin or tiles. Please bring whatever you normally use for seized tap bodies and covers. SHOWER Replace the existing hot and cold wall taps (cross handles on separate bodies, cream wall tiles) with the Mondella Resonance Collection Wall Top Assembly in chrome (pin lever handles, H and C). Confirm on site that the new wall tops will fit the existing in-wall bodies before fitting. If the bodies need work or replacement for the new tops to seal properly, quote that separately before proceeding. Please include in your quote: - Removal of old basin taps, spout and shower handles/tops - Fit and test the supplied Mondella basin set and wall top assembly - New washers/seals as required - Check for leaks at the basin and shower after install - Clean-up of the work area Photos of the existing taps and both product boxes are attached. I have purchased several bathroom fixings that I need to have installed including a new flush plate, 2 x shelves (shower) a double towel rack, a toilet brush, 2 x rob hooks and a shower mixer. Will require drilling current fittings to be removed and some drilling, holes filled where necessary and some drilling into tiles. Photos added of new products and current accessories where being replaced. Mixer ‘body’ may not need replacing, likely only plate and lever. Current pressure is excessive so wondering if mixer mechanism can resolve this.

We need a plumber to address two issues: 1. The toilet is clogged. When we flush the water rises and then takes a while before it goes down. We tried to fix it with the following methods: a. dish soap and hot water b. vinegar and baking soda but no luck! 2.
