Find an experienced plumber in Summer Hill

Leaky tap and clogged drain in same sink (believe the U-bend pipe might be clogged). Been too busy with work so just need someone to come in and fix.

I have purchased several bathroom fixings that I need to have installed including a new flush plate, 2 x shelves (shower) a double towel rack, a toilet brush, 2 x rob hooks and a shower mixer. Will require drilling current fittings to be removed and some drilling, holes filled where necessary and some drilling into tiles. Photos added of new products and current accessories where being replaced. Mixer ‘body’ may not need replacing, likely only plate and lever. Current pressure is excessive so wondering if mixer mechanism can resolve this.

We have 2 dripping sink taps that need washers changed

Our outdoor bath tap is leaking from a crack in the fitting, see pictures (can send more if needed). Brass fitting, connected to the hot tap (gas hot water system, so not need to disconnect all water). I believe that fitting is cracked and needs replacement. Looking for handy person to help me out. Need to replace the seal in my kitchen mixer tap. Have the replacement seal. Should be a really quick job.

I have an old storeroom out back that used to be a laundry but it currently has no taps to attach a washing machine to (but there are water pipes running through it. I would like someone to fit the tap to the pipe for me so I can move my washing machine out of the kitchen.
