1 I need my existing broken kitchen tap removed and replaced with a new kitchen basin set (photo from the Bunnings website attached). Please supply and install the new tap. 2. There is a pipe that was previously connected to a dishwasher and is leaking. We have capped it, but it is still leaking, so it likely needs a tighter or more secure cap. Please fix this. 3. In the laundry sink, there is an open hole that needs to be covered. I need a suitable disc to be fitted and tightened to cover the hole. The hole is approximately 5 cm in diameter.

Downstairs bedroom ensuite toilet, shower and vanity sink to be unblocked. Toilet takes time for water to drain when its flushed. Shower overflows when water is left running. Few things like broken tap and other things need to be fixed asap

I threw in a new vanity and basin and as i was connecting the mixer pipe to the copper the end broke off and it got wet and wild. So i need a plumber to weld a piece with thread onto the end of the pipe so I can connect it to the mixer. Ill add pics.

During heavy rain, water pools outside my unit and is leaking into my kitchen area. This is causing ongoing damage and needs urgent attention.
