It can be moved left or right, just can't be sitting behind the toilet. You can make a hole in the wall cavity, which I'll fill later. Please quote including materials. Must be a licensed plumber and will need certificate issued.

There is a possible leak under the kitchen sink sink. It’s at the bottom of the floor. Water is present. There is cupboard floor blocking the access. Need to find where the leak is and fix the leak. Have posted photos

When the counil turned of the water and turned it back on. The toilet flush never worked. No water coming through. Need it fixed

My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. I’ll buy them.
