Hot water from tap isn't working from the sink and shower in our ensuite. Have multiple other plumbing jobs like changing taps as well which we can discuss in person

Job 1 - The down pipe at base has worn off and needa to be replaced. Job 2 - the drain pipe coming from the bathrrom has leak, need that part replaced. See pics for details.

- Replace a lead hand shower to a compact twin shower using existing fitting. - Replace shower hot and cold taps to Quarter turn taps - Fix the Washing machine hot and cold as it is leaking- assess if changing the washer is enough or if the tap needs changing. - Fix the missing plate in the laundry tap (would need help understanding if we could reuse any from the taps we might remove. - Change Kitchen sink fitting and ensure the pressure is correct. Pressure needs to be checked across the house as when we open any tap, a sound of the plumbing is very evident. I am happy to buy all the fittings.

It looks like there is an underground pipe which has burst in my front yard. Looking to get some help for this ASAP at a reasonable price.

It can be moved left or right, just can't be sitting behind the toilet. You can make a hole in the wall cavity, which I'll fill later. Please quote including materials.
