Hot water system is damage need to replace to a new one. It was gas HWS. Replace to 250 litter unite,supply and install.

My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. I’ll buy them.

The hot water in the bathroom (upstairs), after turning on, the hot water will run for only several minutes and get cold. I already have someone come to check and I was told a part of the unit needs to be replaced (see photo).
