Tap leaking, tried to turn it off nothing seems to work

Our ensuite sink is leaking into the vanity and we need it repaired.

The hot water tap above our washing machine started leaking last night, so we had to turn off the main valve. Also, one of our toilet cisterns keeps running — we’ve been opening/closing the tap manually each time. Need someone to check and fix both issues. Location: Mulgrave Flexible with time, but sooner is better.

Caroma brand. Relatively new toilet. Flush mechanism is normal. Refilling is normal. Only problem is toilet is trickling a drop of water into bowl every few mins. Causing the cistern to refill every hour or so. Colour test showing in the bowl confirming a the valve seal needs replacement.

Install garden 30 hose on the hebel wall outside and connect to the garden tap. Hose is available

Quote is for labour only. I'll pay for materials. I recently got concrete done at my house. Unknown to me the concreters covered the drains that were near the concrete path. 1st drain: I've dug up 1 drain and it works fine so I need to lift that one up to ground height and shift slightly to the right. 2nd drain: seems like theyve broken the drain casing so need that replaced and lifted.
