I have an AquaMax 390 gas hot water system. The pressure relief value has been leaking for some time and now it has got worse to the point it needs to be replaced.

Unblock a blocked kitchen sink that doesn’t respond to Drano

Two taps are not getting hot water. All other taps are working fine and even the dishwasher has hot water. Looks isolated to these two outlets. Need someone to check and fix this urgently, preferably tonight if possible.

Please see attached photos. - Disconnect venrandah downpipes from sewer connection point. - Re-run pipe to stormwater discharge point.

Clear drain in driveway with screw line machine

Drain is blocked likely somewhere between house and inspection point. Waste water is not flowing past inspection point but leaking into ground - I.e. wet soil under house. Need drain specialist to unblock and investigate cause with camera (clogging or damaged pipe?).

I need someone to help fix my loose kitchen tap. It’s wobbly and needs to be tightened or secured properly. It may also need a replacement of the washer (see photo) which I will need your help to buy one on your way.

Water tank no water Toilet not working without water

Need a certified plumber to tidy up these drain pipes. Hope to connect other drain pipes directly to the 100mm stack drain. Redo clay drain connections including cut/cap these un-used ones.

Looking for a plumber to move a laundry sink over by about one to 2 cm. The sink is installed and working fine, but we need a bit more room to install some new cabinets next to it. Please see photos.
