Looking for someone (licensed plumber preferable) to fix a leaking shower. The shower has gradually started leaking more over time. Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. Likely needs inspection and repair/replacement of the washer, spindle, valve seat, cartridge or whatever part is causing the leak. Shower has a slight leak into the roof cavity downstairs. Waterproofer has had a look at and thinks it is plumbing. Access from below is possible.

Need to reinstall this toilet roll holder securely and repair any previous holes (painting not necessary).

We have a leak coming from the cistern unit. We had a plumber come in and advise that the cistern to pan seal needs to be replaced. They were unable to do the job until next week which is why I am advertising it here. We will need the parts to be supplied.

When flushing the toilet, the toilet sometimes fills up and slowly drains and does a “Glug, Glug” sound. The water in the bowl sometimes is very low and most times stays low and this is usually when the “Glug, Glug” sounds come. I have plunged it a few times. Seems to make it a bit better, but need someone to check. I have previously pulled roots from the plumbing away from the toilet. So more roots may have grown back and need clearing.
