There is a leak on the pipe under sink. i need a handy man to fix it or replace it urgently.

Leaves blocking the down pipe that feeds a water tank. Needs a long ladder to reach the cage that has debris and just pull it out.

I've been installing a new IKEA sink and need help with connecting up the wastewater pipes. As shown in the photos, I have two unthreaded 40mm pipes very close to each other but don't know how to connect them. Also have a slight leak coming from the mixer which needs attention.

We have installed 2 bidet washlets on our toilets and need help connecting the water supply hoses. The toilet shut-off tap is inside the in-wall cistern access cavity (behind the flush plate). The job would likely involve installing a T-connector on the existing toilet supply and routing the hose neatly to the washlet. Alternatively, the vanity basin water supply is nearby if that’s an easier connection point. Looking for someone experienced with bidet/washlet installs or basic plumbing. Photos attached.

Will just need a quick clean and remove any debris. Potentially some under the sink work if the plug can’t come out.

Ever since it was turned off once and then turned back on, there has been no hot water. The unit was only replaced a few years ago.

Shower is leaking heavily. Replace valve cartridge and/or showerhead.

I need the following items installed in my bathroom. Vanity unit + mixer tap Replace bath taps and head Replace shower tap and head I have all of the supplies (but might need extra things to convert the mixer tap) so would just be paying for labour. Let me know!

If you have suggestions for alternatives, happy to consider. Braided hoses in all toilets were changed a couple of months ago. So these do not need to be replaced. The work is not super urgent. Ideal dates: 18-27 Jan '26.

Need some plumbing work done to my kitchen and bathroom after new bench tops have been installed. Scope in the kitchen is: -plumb the new sink (existing pipes not quite right) -fit kitchen mixer (collar doesn’t quite fit and timber under sink might meet to be slightly adjusted) Scope in the bathroom is: - plumb sink in, and caulk sink to benchtop

Need hot water tank disconnected and moved temporarily out of this location. Will engage to reconnect in a couple of weeks.
