To unclog a blocked toilet

Hi I need the following done- change sink taps and spout, change shower head and taps, change handles on bathroom cabinets (5), change toilet roll holder, change two towel hooks, install one new towel hook. You will need to collect keys from realestate in willetton and go to house in Kelmscott. The taps are there already. Remove old taps and install new as one tap keeps coming off.. the spout of the mixer leaks and requires tightening or a new washer.
