I have a 2 bedroom townhouse in Glenroy, Victoria. It is reverse living. I have a water leak in one of the bedrooms which has seeped into the carpet on one side of the room. The skirting on that side has also swollen from the water. There is a wet patch outside on the ground on the other side of the wall (external). It was wet yesterday when the weather was dry. It seems like the water is coming from an external leaking pipe. See attached videos from outside and pics of inside. I think the wet patch along the wall outside is adjacent to the wet carpet inside. The tap outside is also leaking. I am looking for rough estimates of the cost of repair + call out fee if any. I understand further investigation will be required to confirm the cost.

Hi, I have noticed an increase in my water bills recently and think that my toilets may be leaking after conducting a “food colouring test” I also took a photo of my meter this morning and it has gone up from 00756539 to 00756543 today in a period of 10 or so hours. I have contacted Yarra Valley Water and they suggested getting a leak test done. What does this involve?

Drain pipe for our washing machine is leaking from the connectors. Just need someone to tighten the connectors on the pipe. Additionally, one of the laundry pipes is connected (cold water) but the hot water pipe is not. Need to install hot water pipe. This will be a 5 minute job as we have the pipe and all equipment, just need it installed.
