​I need to service a swivel kitchen mixer faucet (tap). The spout (neck) is loose and leaking at the base where it enters the main body. Supply and install new, correctly sized O-rings and the plastic stabilizer/friction washer on the spout shaft to eliminate the leak and the wobble. Standard monobloc swivel spout (no grub screw required).

Kitchen tap drips when washing dishes.

My bathroom needs to be caulked again as the house was recently levelled and there are now gaps between the floor and walls, particularly around shower as water leaks through. The vanity and sink caulk also needs to be replaced as some mould has accumulated. The room is roughly 2.4x 2.5 and beige caulk near walls and clear used around wet areas.

My Samsung washing machine (model WA85F7S6DRA) isn’t dispensing hot water. When I select a hot water cycle, the machine only makes a humming sound, and no water comes out. The cold water cycle works normally. I’ve checked the hot water supply — when I disconnect the hot water hose from the machine, water flows freely. The issue only occurs when the hose is connected to the washer. Based on this, I suspect the problem might be with the machine’s internal hot water inlet valve.

Need to unclog bathroom sink.

i need an installation of my benchtop/portable dishwasher but needs to be a plumbing job as i may need a tap installed

Put a toilet and wall hung basin into an outside toilet! Small bathroom. Outside of garage area. All plumbing already done. Just need TOILET TOP AND BASIN PUT TOGETHER AND HUNG.
