I tried replacing shower head however unable to. Shower head is out of box now but seems to easy to put

I need a licensed plumber or leak detection specialist to inspect a shower leak in a bathroom. Water appears to be escaping from the shower area and has reached the bathroom doorway and timber floor. I am not looking for a full bathroom renovation quote at this stage. I need the actual source of the leak diagnosed first, with a clear written explanation and photos. I need the inspection to check: Shower waste and drain Tap fittings Shower screen and shower track Silicone around the shower Grout lines and tile joints Possible waterproofing failure Water escaping near the doorway Moisture near the timber floor area I need to know whether this is a plumbing issue, shower screen/silicone/grout issue, or waterproofing issue before deciding what repairs are needed. Please only respond if you are licensed, experienced with bathroom leak detection, and can provide written findings with photos. Please provide your inspection fee upfront. Any repair work will need to be quoted separately after the leak source is confirmed.

My Samsung washing machine (model WA85F7S6DRA) isn’t dispensing hot water. When I select a hot water cycle, the machine only makes a humming sound, and no water comes out. The cold water cycle works normally. I’ve checked the hot water supply — when I disconnect the hot water hose from the machine, water flows freely. The issue only occurs when the hose is connected to the washer. Based on this, I suspect the problem might be with the machine’s internal hot water inlet valve.
