Due to stains that I haven't been able to remove from the vanity top, I need a quote to replace the vanity top (600 width). There is fiddly cutting out around pipes and sealing in the cabinet thus I assume it would be cheaper to replace only the top. The top is glued with silicon to both the cabinet all of the way around and to both walls behind and I would like the new top to be installed with the same water proofing. Taps come out of the wall and thus shouldn't need to be touched. The only plumbing is to connect the waste to the waste pipe (normal waste, I hate popup wastes). The waste can be reused if this is cheapest. Here is a breakdown of what is to be done: * cut existing vanity top off by cutting all silicon between top and cabinet and top and tiled wall * disconnect the waste from waste pipe. *Order and receive delivery (or pick up) of suitable and similar vanity top to what is currently there (came from bunnings but the existing top only comes as a set with cabinet). *Seal new vanity to base cabinet and to both walls *Connect waste to new top and to waste pipe. Block any tap hole in the new vanity (reuse the filling piece from old vanity if suitable) *Clean up all mess

Needing a plumber or someone with plumbing knowledge to install 2x taps outside. One on the deck upstairs and one on the lower deck near pool.

Rain Water Tank is Over Filling from Council Water. When Rain Water tank is fill it is still receiving Water and then back out the drain to road.

The tap on the shower started leaking and got it diagnosed that the shower unit needs to be replaced and temporary fix put in place by putting a switch to the water flow. To do the permanent fix requires replacing the shower unit which unfortunately, the tiles behind that needs to be replaced as well to fix it. Looking for someone who can do both supply and fix the shower unit and the tiles as a result. It is on the ground floor. Attached photos.
