Water keeps pooling under my house as the 3 down pipes on the side of the house are droken and do not drain properly. I have water puddles underneath the house. It is a small crawl space to enter under the house. I would need someone to install a sump pump and get under the house to fix the puddles. The down pipes are only half the problem as we live at the bottom of a hill and receive all the run off into our backyard. We have a flooding issue at the subfloor and the store room next to it. There are pools of water at the subfloor. After it rained yesterday night night it seems to be getting a bit more serious this morning. There is a stream of water keep running out of the wall of the store room for known days already non stop. The water meter is not running, but there is a water sound. There is full access to the subfloor. We can't see any pipes leaking. We are happy to pay for an investigation fee, and get a quote for the actual job required..
