Remove and replace shower Remove lower faucet spacer and install elbow. Shower head is sized on think it’s been installed using liquid thread sealant trying to turn it feels like it’s bending pipe. Might need to use a torch to remove it or cut it off.

My understanding is that my apartment's water 'turn off' valve is underneath my sink, which requires the shifting of my washer dryer which I currently can't assist with owing to a back issue.
