The shower is leaking even when the tap is fully closed. Water keeps dripping from the showerhead. I’ve already purchased a new tap in case it needs to be replaced. Just need someone with plumbing experience to check and either fix the leak (possibly replace the washer) or install the new tap if needed. My shower is constantly running no matter how tightly I wring the taps… the pressure is shocking when I’m actually using it 😅

Shower has a slight leak into the roof cavity downstairs. Waterproofer has had a look at and thinks it is plumbing. Access from below is possible.

Reattach a toilet roll holder that keeps coming off the wall. They need more stability. It’s in a cafe restaurant bathroom.

When flushing the toilet, the toilet sometimes fills up and slowly drains and does a “Glug, Glug” sound. The water in the bowl sometimes is very low and most times stays low and this is usually when the “Glug, Glug” sounds come. I have plunged it a few times. Seems to make it a bit better, but need someone to check. I have previously pulled roots from the plumbing away from the toilet. So more roots may have grown back and need clearing.
