The water pump Davey Evolution MKII in the water tank is not working at all and it seems it needed to be replaced. So, I would like to know the price of the new pump(if required) and the installation.

An outdoor brass tap has developed a rapid leak. I can't remove the spindle - it refuses to budge and my efforts are damaging it. I have the replacement valve and washers. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 13 December 2022

Fixing leaking washing machine

Recently moved into a new house and neither of the showers have been calibrated correctly to allow full cold water out of them. I have the required documentation of what is required but no idea of how to go about it .Hopefully a plumber is able to help me out so I can get back to having cold showers in summer.
