Remove old mixer tap and install new one

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures). Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the experience/tools. I'll go with the best offer since it shouldn't take long.

I require an experienced and licensed plumber to fix my leaking shower, and look in to my washer/dryer. I require new shower handles, screws etc, as well as a look in to my washer/dryer to check for any drainage issues. My understanding is that my apartment's water 'turn off' valve is underneath my sink, which requires the shifting of my washer dryer which I currently can't assist with owing to a back issue.

Toilet is not flushing properly

Blocked toilet , standard agitation with rubber agitator does not help. Seems that blockage is between toilet bawl and house sewer line. Sewer line works for draining shower/ bathtub / kitchen etc

Toilet cistern won’t stop running. I opened the lid and discovered the internal plastic mechanism (fill/inlet valve) is broken and loose. The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow. We are experiencing an overflowing issue with the toilet floor drainage, where water and oil are coming up through the drain. While there are no solid waste materials (such as feces or urine), we suspect it may be related to the grease trap, which had not been emptied for the past four months. It was cleaned out yesterday morning, but the issue persists. The floor drain continues to overflow whenever a large amount of water is drained from the kitchen or when the toilet is flushed.
