The hot water tap (left) is dripping and quite old. I am considering replacing it with a new dual tap or, if possible, converting it to a mixer tap. Also, the pipe under the sink is leaking. Originally, it had an old P-trap pipe, which I removed and cleaned two years ago, but I found it difficult to reinstall without leaks. At that time, I replaced it with a flexible P-trap. A few days ago, the sink began draining slowly. I removed and cleaned the flexible P-trap, but after reinstalling it, the pipe started leaking. Also the sink strainer is missing and needs to be fixed. I am open to different options and please feel free to contact me.

While having a shower my cold tap handle fell into my hand but then I noticed the hot tap handle being loose. I just need someone to tighten them up. I have put them on but are loose.

A water pipe bursts, and need a plumber to fix the leak. There is easy access to the subfloor, insuring company sent plumber over and entered the subfloor to find out the leaks.

Kitchen tap is leaking. I have the replacement ceramic cartridge. Need a plumber to install it. The tap is old one, and the screws inside are quadrilateral, with a diameter of about 22mm-23mm. The tap in the laundry room is also leaking a little. Consider replacing the filter together.
