I need a leaking tap in my bathroom fixed. I believe the washer for the hot tap needs replacing. (But I'm not a plumber, I'm only guessing.) Additionally, I'm happy to pay extra for replacement of washers in some other areas of the house: shower, kitchen sink, laundry sink.
