Find an experienced plumber in Belmont

I just moved to a new house and the washer doesn't have a connection for hot water eventhough the pipe exists. I think I just need the right connector. The washer does not seem to pump water because of this even at 'cold' setting

Have installed a new shower head but it keeps dripping. Outside tap will not turn off [have put hose connection on and stoped the sprayer]

Water leak from the pipe connecting to the Solenoid; circled in my photo. Need someone to re-fit a straight pipe (and remove the T as I don't need the 2nd Solenoid)which should fix the leak.
