I have an outdoor Rheem gas storage hot water system (approximately 9 years old). For the past few weeks, all hot water taps in the house have only been producing lukewarm water. The gas cooktop is working normally, so the gas supply appears to be fine. Looking for a licensed plumber/gasfitter to inspect and repair the system. Please advise if you can diagnose the issue and provide a quote for repair.

Hi, I need an experienced plumber or handy person to install a Norris Glassmate commercial glasswasher in my bar area. Tasks include: Plumbing: Connect the water inlet hose and drain hose to the existing plumbing system under the sink (next to the Rinnai hot water tank, as shown in photos). Cabinet Modification: You will likely need to drill/cut a hole through the side panel of the wooden cabinet to feed the hoses and power cord through. Power & Testing: Plug the machine into the power outlet and run a quick test cycle to ensure there are no leaks and it operates correctly. Please bring your own tools, including a hole saw for the cabinet and plumbing tools. If any minor plumbing splitters/extensions are needed, I can reimburse you based on receipts, or please let me know in advance. Please see the attached photos of the machine connections and the installation site under the sink. Looking forward to your offers!
