We have two bathrooms with very small washing basins, we would like to change these to larger and deeper basins, happy to change the cabinet they sit on if we need to. Would like the old basin and furniture to be taken away and disposed please. We don’t have our own replacement basins. Happy for them to be included in the quote.

We have a 3rd outdoor toilet we never use. Task is to decommission toilet and take it away/dispose of it, plug/cap incoming water connection and cover drainage hole. We don't need tile repairs or any fancy patch up work as it is going to be replaced by a storage cupboard.

One of our toilet drains down completely and outside we have a pipe overflowing with what seems to be toilet paper. Not sure if related, but when it's raining, both toilets don't seem to flush properly, however the full draining issue is only on one toilet.

Toilet Valve gets loose again after being tightened a year + ago. Need someone to come to my apartment to tighten it. It does not leak. However, it does not flush anymore. Last time I had the same problem, and it was easily fixed after being manually tightened. Based on last time experience, it takes 10+ minute to get it done.

We have existing cabinetry in our laundry that fully covers our hot water heater, meaning we cannot access it. We’d like someone experienced with cabinetry or carpentry to cut a neat access door/panel in the cabinet so we can reach the hot water system for servicing.
