Wall is not brick and can be cut into, as with chipboard flooring underneath. Connect the pump to the water tank & install a standard garden tap. I don’t believe the tank has ever been fitted for a tap before. Ensure the connections are sealed,leak free and the pump is correctly positioned/secured. Also, there is a downpipe with a missing section (at the top per photo attached), if that can be fitted/secured as well

Current kitchen sink mixer faulty . Needs to be removed and replaced with new tap. (Already purchased). Will be a quick job for experienced plumber.

Need help to drain water from old water heater. All the valves are corroded so it may need to be a brute force job to break the tank open somehow. It’s impossible to lift it anywhere as it’s full of water.
