Need an experienced painter to paint/blend in cosmetic stains from a past leak in 2x bedrooms and in the living room ceilings (photos attached) in preparation for the house sale. The roof leak was repaired a couple of months ago; the plaster is completely dry, but subtle stains remain. Scope: - site visit prior to commence the task to take painting sample off the ceiling to match colour - apply a stain-blocking primer on approx 6m2 of affected area - paint the ceiling, including cornices, so the finish is completely seamless - work cleanly and protect all surroundings such as curtains, downlights, pool table pendant light, aircon vent, fireplace, furniture, floor, balustrade, carpet, etc. - provide all materials, tools and drop sheets. New cornice added in refurbed bathroom, needs sanding, filled and painted, door frame to fill and paint. Same in laundry with walls sanded and primed, small toilet same sanded and primed, all architraves and doors painted. All paint provided, even if just ceilings can be done that will help.

Looking at getting our truck painted, we want everything that is green sanded and painted white.

Hi there. I am after someone that is experienced with doing painting and sanding and touchups on a Qlder to prepare it for sale. This will be a couple of weeks work (2 or 3, not entirely certain)...depending on if you are one person, or a couple etc. I can/will supply most tools and of course all materials. Labour only....you can quote as a job if you really prefer. Ballastrating, windows, french doors etc etc . most work is outside.
