Small old kitchen cabinets in laminate wood to be painted, small hall way, 2x small bedrooms, toilet and laundry to paint/finish paint job, including internal doors and skirting. Some paint already purchased. - Due date: Flexible

Need retouching of paint on 5 walls as part of exit lease. I did a touch up job in these areas and unfortunately the paint I used has a matte finish, not a satin finish and is a subtley different shade. The propery manager has quoted but the quote is too high and they are wanting to repaint the whole wall instead of touching up the patches I painted. The property manager can provide the exact shade of paint and I can provide paint if needed to reduce the quote. Approx size of patches: Lounge wall 1: 3 x 15cm x 20cm patches, 1 x 35cm x 35cm patch. Clean, patch and paint walls for rental vacate. Three walls have command strip / sticker dots as shown which need to be removed and the damaged paint underneath to be painted over (see photo). One wall has marks from moving furniture (see photo). Paint and filler provided, ideally byo brushes etc. Ideally Saturday afternoon or Sunday, but suggest another time if that’s not possible.

FACADE: We require the facade of our brown brick warehouse to be sprayed white. Photo of the building attached. The painted area required is the second level, the columns either side of the driveway and the alcove including ceiling and roller door. The building is 10m W x 8m H (approx) over 2 storeys. I need some coat hooks taken off the wall, and the holes filled and then some 3 small sets of holes from 3M claws, so they are not visible anymore (leaving rental) for my bond back.

1. Need to fill a small hole in the plasterboard wall at the bottom of the stairs. White walls. It’s about the a 50 cents piece. 2. The light is blow in the stairwell- needs a tall ladder! It’s about 4/5 meters high. I have a light fitting ready to go. It’s a spot light that clips onto place. 3. Paint touch ups- chips and corners x 10 white same as wall. and 1 outside chip yellow ish. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 1 June 2022
