Edit: I'm told that I need to add some information to my brief, so let me advise that it is an older house and the ceilings are approx 2.9 m high. The sloped ceiling probably only requires touching up where there was a leak and that is at about the same height as the other ceilings. I have no equipment - ie paintbrushes, ladders, drop sheets etc. so you would need to have these. I'm happy to purchase the paint and undercoat. The ceilings will require prepping (ie sanding back all over as they're peeling in parts. The photo attached is a failing good indication of what the other two ceilings are like). I believe they will require a coat of Peel Stop before a couple of coats of ceiling paint. I'm seeking a painter to paint the ceilings of 3 rooms and another portion of a ceiling in another room which is slanted (it's the lower part of that ceiilng that needs painting - above the air conditioning unit). The paint is peeling in parts on the other three ceilings so will need to be prepped properly and a peel preventative used. We have painted our kitchen cabinets in a colour we love but unfortunately, we didn't do the best job in terms of surface preparation so it's a bit lumpy and inconsistent in terms of the finish. Price updated to a placeholder for site inspection. Repair damaged sections on two indoor rendered walls where 2 x roller blind side guide rails have been removed (approx 20 cm wide each). Ceiling height is approx. 4 metres, so an extendable ladder will be required to both fill the holes where roller blind motor and guide rails were removed, clean and repair narrow damaged section of walls on both sides from floor to ceiling. Then a repaint in block forward of the damage to the windows, to match as best as poss. to existing white paint. The works are for two sections of walls (no ceilings, no doors). We recently painted over some removed TV brackets, however once dried the area is not the same colour as the rest of the wall despite colour matching. Timing (strict deadline) - Start: Saturday 21 March – early morning - Finish: Sunday 22 March – evening latest - I will be moving in on Monday 23 March, so the job must be completed by then.
