Experienced plasterer and painter required to repair hairline cracks in plaster joins in 7 spots in living room and remove cornices and remove and replace ceiling in hallway above stairway and either replace or put cornices back and patch as required. Ceiling removal and replacement will very likely require scaffold but I’m not the expert given half is over stair and prob 5m higher than the stair landing. There are also two other cornices to be re attached that have fallen off in a bedroom adjoining the hallway and a couple of lengths of caulking required elsewhere. All materials including any replacement cornice and plaster for the ceiling are to be supplied by you with the exception of the paint which I will supply. Also removal of old plaster must be taken away too.,
