I need an experienced Plasterer or Drywaller with the appropriate equipment to do a skim coat of a veranda ceiling. I will be doing the prep work, scraping back the existing flaking paint, prepping the ceiling with PVA glue as well as fixing the crack that runs the length of the ceiling, however I lack the tools and the skills to do a skim coat to a high finish. I just require someone to do the skim coat and sanding if required. A decent number (15-20) of relatively small and local cracks, some longer narrow cracks, couple of places with local minor water damage. I will provide all the paint (dulux interior, dulux aquanamel, dulux ceiling). Basically what needs to be done is 1) to open, fill and paint over the cracks (maybe 15 or 20), most of them are 20-40 cm long, 2) restore a plaster ceiling moulding (10-15 sq cm) in one place and paint it over 3) There are a couple of longer cracks, one is vertical ~2.5m long, another is on undercover ceiling, it's probably 7m long, it's rather thin. - Due date: Flexible
