To repaint interior of house as per below, Wash down all walls and ceilings using sugar soap, Apply one coat of precision advanced stain and odour blocker on all walls and ceilings. Apply two coats of ceiling flat to all ceilings excluding bathroom where application of semi gloss- two coats, Apply two coats of low sheen on all walls excluding bathroom where two coats of semi gloss to be applied, Apply one coat of clear coat to any timber finished surfaces, Apply two coats of trim paint semi gloss to doors, trims and cupboards previously painted.

Looking for an EXPERIENCED painter to paint the windows, gutter, fascia, carport. It’s on a brick house, so no walls. Will need to be pressure cleaned first, and only minimal scraping and sanding. It’s just to be “tidied up” as I will be soon listing house for sale. Will need you to provide own ladders, plank etc. I have a pressure washer. You will need to visit in person to give me a quote and timeframe.

Quote needed please to paint ceiling & walls of 4 bedroom house plus outside railing around verandah. Dulux paint - railing is "Manor Red" in colour. Some walls have been texture painted - don't know how you will handle that - open to suggestion as I don't like the texture finish. Jan/Feb start Ok.
