Three bedroom unit recently painted. Mission brown trims were painted with vivid white semi gloss x 3 coats was the brief. Unit is about to be listed for sale & multiple touch ups are needed (painter is overseas). A number of the bottom of door frames still have brown exposed after the new flooring. Painter did not do third coat in laundry in trims & doorframe. There are areas where the paint has chipped on door frames, after the flooring was put down. We have paint left over, but not sure of the exact amount. Will update once I know. The glass sliding door still has some brown showing, this needs to be tidied up.
