I have ground and asked a shop floor Now I need to patch up all the smaller holes and saw cuts. Then sand back the patching I’m estimating 3 hours for patching and 1 hour for sanding the patch back once dry It can be done faster if you work quickly

Need to patch up a hole in the drywall of my rental property. The hole is about 10cm x 8cm oval, located about half way up a wall in our living room. Will also need to paint match with the wall.

Need someone to spray paint my monitor white. I spray painted my previous one myself and I will attach photos. Had some movement in our place, not unusual for this area, since doing a full reno about 7 years ago. Now the skirting boards have lifted about 5-7mm along about 5m either side.
