There is a crack in one of our walls that needs to be plastered over before our inspection

I need a total price for the sanding and lime-washing of the old baltic pine floorboards in my home. The total is approx 152m2, and it consists of two areas: 1. The front of the home - approx 102sqm2 - where the floors are stained walnut (see photos). It'a wide hallway, three bedrooms, and a formal lounge. 2. The rear of the home - approx 50m2 - which consists of recycled baltic pine boards of various finishes, which have recently been laid (see photos). It's an open plan lounge and kitchen. I would like a limewash finish, but not too white.

I need someone / a team to scrape dried plaster off this open-plan space. The plasterers did not protect the floor and blobs fell and dried all over it as you can see. The floor will need to be free of plaster before sanding. You’ll probably need to vacuum and mop at the end also.

Don't have time to finish painting the walls in my studio, just needs a final coat. one big wall and a few smaller walls

I need a patch of our wooden floor sanded (go over 3 times) to reveal the true colour of the wood underneath the stain. I believe it is Baltic Pine, around 100 years old.
