Looking for a quote to sand and coat a deck. A couple of nails also need replacement to tighten. Deck is approx 420cm x 96cm

The area for sanding and polishing is around 69.5sqm (long hallway, kitchen, and open plan living area). The floor was sanded and stained about five years ago but a tenant has left marks in various locations so it will need to be sanded again and a semi gloss polyurethane finish applied. The house is empty and you can access it at anytime but the work needs to be completed by lunch time on Tuesday 20th September as people are moving in on Thursday morning. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 21 September 2022

Need someone who can mark disability carpark as per drawing attached. Need to spray on disability parking using car park stencil. Also to stick down some marking tapes where there are pedestrian walk way from garage into indoor around 3M long. If you have stencil and marking tape and paint, happy to pay $350.
