Plasterboard needs to be fixed in 1 room, and potentially new adhesive used to fix the plasterboard back to joist. Current crack is about 2.5m long.

I have a new boxed gym set weighing approx 100kg that needs to be: - moved from my garage up and down approx 15 steps to my basement (not a long distance as my basement is adjacent to the garage). Rolling shower door has come off rollers, might be missing parts. Also towel rack has come out of wall needs to be screwed back in. General handyman required.
