Find a trusted window repair service in WA

I live in a 1969 build set of units. I have an upstairs unit. I would like to have all doors (front door and balcony sliding door) and all windows (5 in total) reviewed and accessed as correctly sealed and what is required to fix these.

Have four windows that need rollers fitted. I have no idea of cost. I can possibly get rollers from Bunnings.

Brick in and plaster two bathroom windows

Our house has double glazed windows and doors throughout which were originally fitted approx 20 years ago. Two of the doors have dropped and two windows don’t close smoothly on their hinges and need to be fixed. They are still workable but need lifting to close successfully.

External window sill is rotten and needs repair/replacement. The internal side is not rotten.

Sliding Door Lock (probably need replacement need to be confirmed) Window open/close mechanism (probably need replacement need to be confirmed) Light switch x2 (need to put lid back) Power outlet (just need to glue back to wall)

Window is almost 4 metres high. Plastic sheeting needs to be taped at the top to cover the window all the way to ground level - and at sides. I have a suitable ladder but you may prefer your own. Somone tall and used to working on roof tops is ideal.

Patch window frame. I removed a wall to expose the window and the surrounding plaster and some brick render was damaged in the process. The edge is curved so need someone with the know how to make it tidy.

Render repair of window frame, in preparation for roller shutter

Glass in my bathroom highlight window has broken and I want to cover the area with plywood. Access to window is via a single-storey roof. I have the plywood but it will need to be trimmed to size - approx 900x900mm. I want the wood siliconed and screwed over the existing wooden window frame. Access to the roof is pretty easy by ladder.

Silicone around 3 x 1400 x 1300 windows and 1 2100 x 2000 door plus 4 x 2800mm ceiling joins.. plus around small bathroom tiling - approx 10LM of tile edging. Must be good with a Silicone Gun!

Hi I need a piece of plywood boarded to an open window in a sunroom. And also pool gate adjusted so it closes faster.

Ok there are around 3 older style 60s windows that have the round closure pull up style that are jammed shut due to we believe being painted over many times. We have managed to lift some of the windows but there are around 3 bedroom windows we really want opened as there’s no air conditioning and it’s an old house so we need air circulation 🥵 We can’t damage the frame too much and have tried many times to lift these windows with no luck. Most likely they need a chisel to remove paint. Note: I just broke the handle off the corroded last picture which is the most important window we want opened ( and busted my lip in the process) so some machinery is going to be required to get this open as it’s corroded which is unusual for steel. Any help appreciated please 🙏🏻 images included of ones we could get open.
