Spray painting on original exterior window frames. Specialist required x 10 complete window frames. Various sizes including attached photos and smaller bedroom windows.

Two window frames have water damage. White ant damage to front door stoop. Two interior doors can not close.

Our windows need a frame on the inside after the windows were replaced to double glazed european twist and pull. There is minimal room on the sides so unsure whether a timber frame would fit so probably looking at an aluminium or plaster finish however open to to ideas. I had new windows installed and needed to remove tiles around toilet, bathroom and Kitchen. I will source replacement tiles. Mostly mitered edges and 90 in kitchen. Will upload photos shortly. Would be half a day for experienced tiler. No need to grout. I'll do that later.
