Single window frame needing painting

Need 4 Window Frames primed and painted. Just external, not internal. Will supply primer and paint, have heaps of plastic sheets if required. Located in Bateman.

I had new windows installed and needed to remove tiles around toilet, bathroom and Kitchen. I will source replacement tiles. Mostly mitered edges and 90 in kitchen. Will upload photos shortly. Would be half a day for experienced tiler. No need to grout. I'll do that later.
